Along the route, a hike to Takstang Monastery in Thimpu takes you along an enthralling experience of scenic glamour; quaint village settlements, awe-inspiring mountainous panorama, well-preserved cultural heritages and verdant vegetation. Trekkers can also get to witness awesome craftsmanship of Bhutanese people during this trek. This 13 day trek passes through several rural villages and off beaten trails on its meandering route through Bumthang countryside, and provides an exceptional opportunity for contact with Bhutanese rural life and mysteries that unfolds throughout the land.
